RetroRPG Site Polish

The RetroRPG site is getting closer to something we can show without apologizing. We added:

• Featured projects with proper cards.
• Unified dark theme with accent yellow grid glow.
• Better mobile scaling (still tuning animation lag).

We're working on the site. It's come a long way in a short time. We have mostly fine-tuning left. The about page is still under construction, but we will get there soon.
